胡文全，美国威斯康辛医学院博士后，曾任威斯康辛医学院 surgery department和纽约大学 Langone Health 部门讲师，博士生导师/特聘教授，2017年获得“Young investigatoraward” 称号，重庆市海外高层次引进人才（第四类）。2021年10月加盟重庆医科大学感染性疾病分子生物学教育部重点实验室脂质中心研究团队，长期从事脂质代谢紊乱相关疾病的发生和发展的机制研究。主要以细胞膜蛋白NgBR (Nogo-B 受体)的生物学功能和组蛋白/非组蛋白酰基化修饰在脂质代谢紊乱相关疾病中的作用机制开展工作。目前已经发表30多篇SCI论文，其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Journal of Clinical Investigation，Hepatology，Oncogene，JCI insight， Journal of Biological Chemistry， Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology， Atherosclerosis， Journal of Proteomics等杂志发表多篇SCI论文。
